The Chicago O'Hare Noise Abatement Hotline is 1.800.435.9569.  Chicago residents can dial 311 directly as all calls are transferred to the City of Chicago's 311 call center.

The calls are tabulated monthly by community and reported to the ONCC.  Therefore the calls do count.  It is important to call and report each incident.
